Exclusively for the website https://community.censhare.com (see also the websites listed before Section 1 at the top of this Privacy Policy), we use the service Discourse, operated by DiscourseHosting.com / Civilized Discourse Construction Kit, Inc., 2035 Sunset Lake Road, Newark, USA.
When you visit https://community.censhare.com , personal data (e.g., IP address, access time, posts, profile information) is processed on the provider’s servers.
Processing occurs for the provision and use of the platform pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning online community).
To the extent data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is possible that access to your data may occur from the USA. We have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement with Civilized Discourse Construction Kit.
